Local SEO pricing and plans
Every plan includes a full technical audit, ongoing optimization, and unlimited keyword research. Choose a plan below, or build a custom scope to fit a specific business.
Pages: priced as a flat step per bracket (1-9 / 10-19 / 20-29 on WordPress, 1-19 / 20-39 / 40-80 on Vercel) — 25 pages costs the same as 20, both landing in Premium's bracket. Past WordPress's 29-page ceiling, each additional page adds +$50/mo and +$150 setup. Past Vercel's 80-page ceiling, each additional page adds +$25/mo and +$25 setup. Vercel converts at an exact 2:1 ratio, matching Plus and Premium's own listed scope.
Other fields: blog articles, outreach hours, citations, and GBP posts (× locations) scale continuously and proportionally — toward Lite below Plus's scope, toward Premium above it. Loom reporting and the Google review funnel are flat adjustments.
Locations: priced on a tapering schedule, not a flat per-location rate. Setup: 1st $500, 2nd +$350, 3rd-5th +$300 each, 6th-10th +$200 each. Monthly: 1st $2,500, 2nd +$1,050, 3rd-5th +$800 each, 6th-10th +$600 each. 11+ locations require a custom quote.
Upfront total: monthly total × 6 months × 0.94 (6% discount), rounded to the nearest $50.
What is Vercel?
Vercel is the hosting platform we build your site on when you choose the "Vercel" option above, instead of the older WordPress route. It's the same technology behind sites for companies like Under Armour and DoorDash, but what actually matters for your business is simple: it makes your website faster and lower-maintenance.
Every page on a Vercel site is pre-built ahead of time and served from servers positioned around the world, so when a homeowner clicks your listing, the page shows up almost instantly — even on a weak cell connection. That speed also happens to be something Google factors into your rankings, so it helps you twice: once with the visitor, once with the algorithm.
It also means less for you to worry about day to day. There are no plugins to update, no security patches to apply, and no risk of a bad third-party plugin update taking your site down. We build it, we maintain it, and it just runs. And as with everything else we build for you, the site and its code are yours to keep.
